You will find attached theQuarter's new wine list, with a selection of 64 great wines from the four quarters (or corners of the world), which have been carefully selected.
theQuarter aims to offer customers a wide selection of international wines from producers who are passionate about producing individual, distinctive wines that are truly indicative of their regional origins.
There is a special Chilean feature on the wines from the pace-setting Valdivieso winery, and the list highlights some of the more quirky and eclectic estates such as the Shandong Winery in China, Western Australia's MadFish Winery , Lebanon's famous Chateau Musar, and a host of leading winemakers from Mexico, France, India, Italy, Spain, Greece...and beyond.
There is even a special home grown choice from a local organic vineyard, Chevelswarde red, a wine from Kilworth in Leicestershire. No grape variety, vineyard or country has been left unturned in the Quarter's quest to represent a balance selection of international wines.
With the use of the cutting-edge Verre du Vin wine preservation machine, over 30 wines are now available by the glass, allowing diners to taste their way around the vineyards of the world without having to leave the premises.
