Nigel has spent stints in London and New York, before returning home to project manage and launch his flagship restaurant bar with sister, Janice.
Nigel, a highly successful building developer, has built a reputation upon his determined, quality driven ethics - making a huge impact in each project he undertakes.
Always keen to face a fresh challenge, Nigel, with a formidable team of talented food and bar staff, is bringing the Quarter alive with his infectious enthusiasm, unfailing charm and attention to detail.
Janice Gordon - Restaurant and Bar Entrepreneur
Janice likes challenges and having successfully completed a MBA she thought it was time to return home and go for the ultimate challenge of creating and developing a great business that attracts great people to it.
Janice, a Leicester lass but has lived in London for fifteen years, has worked as a project manager/consultant and also spent time in America and Southern Africa.
She is passionate about her work and likes to keep her employees on their toes, thus working towards making theQuarter the best venue in Leicester.
Lee Williamson - Head Chef
Lee loves food, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients sourced locally and from around the world, he ceates his menu's with passion and flare.
Having work under fantastic chefs who have helped him to develop his own style of cooking; in quality establishments such as The Groucho Club, Lobster Trading Co, Stones Restaurant and One On Wharf Restaurant, Lee likes to broaden peoples knowledge of food and to surprise his customers with what can be achieved with good ingredients.
Lee is the proud father to a baby girl.
Leon Fox - Chef
Leon loves working with great chefs and creating new dishes, he learnt his skill working for Stones Restaurant Group for seven years and now relishes the opportunity to influence the development of a new business. He managed the kitchen single handed maintaining high standards while still growing the business.
Leon is passionate about Leicester City Football Club and his six month old son, he has a quick wit and is great fun to be around.
